As a Technical Lead, you are the technical compass within your project team. You define architectural direction, think ahead, support developers through complex challenges, and safeguard the quality of critical implementations. You maintain high velocity without compromising on quality.
You move effortlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving. But just as important: you coach people. You help engineers grow, challenge them to raise the bar, and create an environment where autonomy and craftsmanship are simply the standard.

- Defining scalable architectures for composable commerce solutions.
- Translating business requirements into sustainable, future‑proof technical designs.
- Supporting and unblocking development teams while providing clear technical direction.
- Collaborating with architects, analysts, and project managers to keep projects aligned and on track.
- Contributing to best practices, internal tooling, and supersonic’s long‑term engineering vision.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Software Architect.
- Strong knowledge of modern web architectures and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Hands‑on expertise with React/Next.js or Vue/Nuxt.js, plus Java and/or Node.js.
- A practical, hands‑on mindset with a strong focus on coaching and team development.
- Bonus: Experience with MACH architectures, serverless technologies, performance optimisation, or DevOps practices.
